A winning combination of thinly, hand sliced, silverside of beef and authentic spices which are MSG and Gluten Free, marinated and then dried to a perfect state of crispness.  These are definitely addictive! Our Biltong Snapsticks, aka "Stokkies" are made from 100% cured beef using our traditional South African spice blend.
