At Biltong direct Droewors is our signature product.  Made from top quality beef with natural spices and herbs, just the right amount of fat is added to ensure this is a satisfying and delicious product.  Characteristically, as in South Africa, our droewors has the flavour of coriander which makes it so special.   To please as many customers as possible, we product 3 flavours:

TRADITIONAL Droewors / Drywors - This is a full beef sausage with coriander and authentic South African spices

GARLIC Droewors / Drywors- A medium fresh garlic flavour that just hits the spot without being overpowering is added

CHILLI Droewors / Drywors  - A hint of fresh Garlic and a kick of real chillies, make your taste buds sit up and beg for more!
