We have two shops in Essex, as there are some things which just cannot be sent out with Internet orders.  Items like Chicken Flatties, Skilpadjies and Melktert for example, but these are in great demand, so to be safe give us a call in advance to place an order.

Seasonal products include Oxtails and Shin (on the Marrow bone) for your Potjies, soups & stews.

You can also expect to buy only the FRESHEST BILTONG, DROEWORS AND SNAP STICKS - packed in a paper packet of course!

In addition we offer a LEKKER CHAT about sports (all Sharks supporters are very welcome!), the old country (whether SA or Zim) and anything else you have on your mind. For those missing home there is always a hug ready if you want one!   Julle is almal welkom om te kom kuier 'n bietjie.

You can check out other South Africans who run businesses locally so that you can give them your support

For Afrikaans-speaking customers wanting to exercise your mother tongue - Evelyn and Rose will give it a try, but may not be too fluent !  Jeanette is learning fast and Erwin is Afrikaans speaking.

Members of our team will be in attendance to help you with your biltong selection.  Both Jeanette and Evelyn know their Biltong! A vital member of our production team, Gill is busy cutting meat in the factory on a part time basis, even though she is a vegetarian - good to employ as she doesn't eat our profits!  Erwin and Zack keep the male balance in the production team, sharing the cutting, mincing, spicing and hanging duties.  We are a happy team and will be working together to ensure your satisfaction.
