Biltong Direct make droewors/drywors the traditional way to give a full on flavour of coriander and other spices and herbs that compliment the top quality beef used. The main ingredient in changing a good dry wors into a great snack is the fat content. Too much fat or believe it or not, the wrong type of fat, and you end up with a fatty coating in your mouth; too little and you break your teeth as you bite into the wors. We have perfected the amount and variety of fat used and are really proud of our very popular droewors.
- TRADITIONAL - This is a plain, full beef sausage with a hint of coriander and authentic South African spices
