How it works
It couldn't be simpler. Head to any product page, select the subscription option at checkout, and you're done. Every month your order is prepared and dispatched just like a normal order, same quality, same care, same team packing it, except you don't have to lift a finger to make it happen. Your payment is taken automatically on the same date each month and you'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.
Subscriptions are available across our entire range. Whether it's your weekly biltong fix, a regular droëwors order, snap sticks, or anything else from the site, if we sell it, you can subscribe to it.
5% off, every month
As a thank you for your loyalty, subscribers receive 5% off every order compared to the standard one-time price. Applied automatically, no discount codes, no faff.
You're always in control
We know the word "subscription" can put people off, so we want to be clear. There is no minimum commitment, no lock-in, and no cancellation fee. Your subscription works around you, not the other way around.
From your personal customer portal you can cancel any time with no questions asked, swap your product if you fancy something different before your next renewal date, and update your payment details quickly and securely whenever you need to.
Getting started
Head to any product page and look for the Subscribe and Save option. Select it, complete checkout as normal, and your first order will be with you in line with our usual dispatch times. Every delivery after that takes care of itself.
